Welcome to NSS
The renewable energy business is rapidly changing, forcing products, pricing and availability to be at a constant flux, then you add in steel prices and transportation costs and you have a store front web master's nightmare. And then there is the possibility of e-mails getting lost in the web or a holiday when the boss, me, wants/needs a day off. So please, have patience, the renewable energy business was not created in a day, I will get to you as soon as possible, after all I work 7 days a week at this. But there are some delays, pricing is not always current (though we try), and the web store business is not perfect. NSS works with PayPal for taking payments and NSS has no control over PayPal either, so again, please be patient! We only sell to those in the USA, and we only buy from businesses in the USA! But many of the products are made elsewhere. This is only a web store for product sales, no system designing, no talking you through it all, just sales and service. Shipping varies on the products ordered, their availability and location. Most items are shipped right out, but some have a delay. Most orders take less then 2 weeks, but some may take longer, so again, please be patient! That being said, Happy New Year and let's make America a GREENER nation, so our kids can come home from a war that is fueled by oil and greed.
